Brief introduction:

What is the daily life scenario of most people in China? Is design something unfamiliar in people's lives? Seeing Design in the Ordinary is trying to dig deeper into the lives of ordinary Chinese people and explore the design behind everyday phenomena to arouse the public's curiosity about the seemingly mundane things around them and inspire them to ask questions.

The documentary breaks the traditional approach of establishing episodes by design fields. It extracts different essential elements of design from the facets of people's daily lives, which are used as the sub-themes for the six episodes of this series: route, time, light, Chinese character fonts, public space, and wild Chinese design.
